Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Our original designer and niche perfumes are genuine products sourced through suppliers and distributors we trust.
Seraphine Scents own-brand fragrances are separate products, clearly distinguished from the original designer perfumes sold through our store.
Where do your products come from?
Our fragrances are sourced through suppliers and distributors across different international markets. The specific sourcing route depends on the product and availability.
Selected genuine fragrances are sourced through parallel-import channels outside the brands' official local distribution networks. Parallel import does not, by itself, mean a product is counterfeit. Packaging, labels and stickers may vary by market or production batch.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery to your selected country or region is 4–9 business days.
Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates may change due to customs clearance, local public holidays, courier arrangements or other delays.
Why are your prices sometimes lower than retail?
We source through different suppliers and international purchasing channels, including parallel imports. Regional pricing and currency differences can sometimes create more competitive sourcing opportunities.
As an online retailer, we also avoid some of the overhead costs associated with traditional physical stores. Actual pricing varies by product, availability and promotions.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Eligible products may be requested for a voluntary return and refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Some opened or lightly tested perfumes may also qualify, depending on their condition and the applicable requirements.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products, we handle concerns in accordance with applicable laws and our policies. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by our voluntary return conditions.
