At Seraphine Scents, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, swiftly, and with utmost care.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
We offer fast islandwide delivery in Singapore:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Expedited Delivery: 1–2 business days
Please note: Public holidays and peak seasons may impact delivery times slightly.
Shipping Fees

Standard Delivery (with tracking): S$5 per order — regardless of the number of items.

Expedited Delivery (with tracking): S$20 per order — regardless of the number of items.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable as they are collected directly by the courier.
Packaging
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition. We do not include brand marketing or invoices on the outside of the package.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@seraphinescents.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
