Welcome to Seraphine Scents, an Asia-based independent online fragrance retailer serving customers in Singapore and selected international markets.
By accessing or using our website at seraphinescents.com, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
This website is operated by Seraphine Scents. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seraphine Scents.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions or product unavailability, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Products & Services
Seraphine Scents offers authentic designer, niche and other fragrance products to customers in Singapore and selected international markets.
We operate as an independent online fragrance retailer. Certain products may be sourced through parallel-import channels from suppliers and distributors across different regions.
Parallel import refers to the sourcing and distribution route and does not, by itself, mean that a product is counterfeit.
Packaging, labels, batch information and other market-specific product details may vary between regions or production periods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Seraphine Scents is not an authorised retailer or official representative of the fragrance brands offered on our website.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue products and services without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and existing customer obligations.
3. Pricing & Payments
Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer's selected country, region or Shopify market.
For example, customers browsing our Singapore market may see prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD), while customers in other supported markets may see prices in their applicable local or selected currency.
The final order amount, applicable currency, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes or other destination-specific charges may be payable separately, subject to local laws and the shipping arrangements communicated to the customer.
We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions and availability without prior notice. Such changes will not retroactively alter a completed order unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method available at checkout.
Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Seraphine Scents provides delivery to Singapore and selected international destinations, subject to service availability and applicable shipping restrictions.
Estimated delivery times:
- Asian countries and regions: 4–9 business days.
- Other supported countries: 7–14 business days.
These are estimated delivery periods and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations. As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Where a courier requires additional information to complete delivery, the courier or our customer service team may contact the customer directly.
We will provide reasonable assistance with delivery enquiries and shipment issues.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory delivery rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Returns & Refunds
Seraphine Scents offers a 7-day return policy for eligible purchases, including perfumes that have been opened or lightly tested, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should submit eligible return requests within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returns may be subject to product inspection, eligibility requirements and applicable return shipping arrangements.

Nothing in our return policy limits statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Accuracy of Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and other website information are accurate and up to date.
However, product packaging, presentation, labels and other details may vary due to regional distribution, production changes or manufacturer updates.
We do not guarantee that all website content will be free from typographical errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies.
Where a material error affects an order, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
